anyone have suggestions?

piggy back on the other thread re cash based. what if you didn't need one to work with pharmacies and billing etc

just documentation purposes. would you even use an EMR? i have heard there are free ones out there...

I don’t. I looked into it. I read a decent number of cash only docs using it in the private physician forums on Facebook. Most are happy for its simplicity.

When I was looking, Practice Fusion seemed like a popular one that was cheap, used to be free. Decided against due to lack of billing but if you just need for notes, might be good.

Google docs and MS excel/access... I think that'd be really difficult. I use Practice Fusion. It's about $100 a month and it supports eprescribing and MIPS.
