EM, Sports Med phyisicans in collegiate/pro settings

I read a 2015 thread posted on this topic, and certainly don't want to regurgitate what was said there. However, I am curious to how I may go about finding a list of physicians who are EM/SM without having to look at each individual school. Tryimg to guage how common EM/SM team phyisican role is. Why the interest in EM/SM? I love ortho surgery, but I've learned through several EM physicians in the ED that EM allows you the time to pursue additional interests. Also, the way NPs are flourishing in numbers to provide primary care, I honestly see FM phyisicans taking a bit of a backseat.
