I didn't do all of these, but here is a list I would choose from if I were scheduling them now after 2 years of residency:

ENT
GynOnc
Pulm
Breast Surgery
Thoracic Surgery
Neurosurgery
Urology

Other possibilities include (but may be harder to have an educational experience):

Path
Rads
Derm

I guess I should have just listed every specialty in medicine..sorry about that. Hope it helps a little though.
