electives in korea?

hi,
i'm an ms3 looking ahead to 4th year electives. this might be the last time i have a block of time to spend with my grandmother who lives in korea.

anyone know of electives in korea?

my korean is enough to get by on in the streets, but probably don't speak korean well enough to work in a clinical setting.

any military-based hospitals?

i graduated from Seoul national university college of medicine in 2005, and finished my internship in Seoul national university hospital. (http://www.snuh.org/ -> you can also read in English)
when I was a med school student, I met a few foreign students from Canada, Germany, and America, ect.

can anybody guide me about electives in seoul, south korea.. i live in pakistan, final year medical student. i can speak english but i didnt know a word of korean language
my husband lives in korea, n while m going there i also want to do electives in the city
plz kindly somebody guide me on that
i will b very thankful
