I'm having a hard time with the echogenicity concept on ultrasounds.
These to pics are from the same liver a few months apart. At first I was thinking this spot was just the way the instrument was facing, but upon a later examination, it appears again. Any ideas? Would this be considered a mass? The echogenicity seems inverted, however the spot remains. TIA
