DO thinking about fellowship

I have a question regarding ERAS for fellowship. I have been weird situation. I did quiet well on USMLE(never took step 3 yet) but did very poorly on COMLEX(even one failure attempt but eventually passed all 3 steps). WHen I applied to residency, I only sent USMLEs and thankfully I matched into residency I wanted. NOw I want to go into fellowship. Is it possible to send USMLE only on ERAS fellowship application If I take USMLE step III?
