Do the electives I take show up on my residency application? Just curious

My medical school has a bunch of random elective classes we can take. I sign up for them just for fun and out of curiousity. I'm just curious on whether these electives will show up on my residency application and if it can help in any way.

I'd still take these electives if they didn't help because I find them fun but just curious if it could help in any way in the future is all.
