DO doing allopathic fellowship without AOA internship year

Is it possible for a DO to do an allopthic internship residency AND FELLOWSHIP in a state that requires the DO internship year, ie Pennsylvania?

More simply put --- must you have done an osteopathic sponsored internship year in order to do a fellowship in Pennsylvania
