Since most colleges started going in-person again in Fall 2021, will courses taken online from Fall 2021 to present count for AMCAS gpa? Thanks!

I haven't taken any pre-reqs since in-person courses resumed. I have mainly been taking general education/liberal arts classes that have been online. Will they count for my AMCAS GPA? Does every school see the same overall GPA?

Yes

transcripts don't usually show online vs in person
I'm not sure that's true--I think you can usually tell, and this is why there is significant advice to not take important pre-med pre-reqs online if you can avoid it.

One of my transcripts shows that some of the courses I took were online. They'll still count for my AMCAS gpa, right?

Yes, they still count.
