I have a few interviews so far in RadOnc. Yay! Still shooting for lucky number 8 though. Should I contact the prelim medicine programs and let them know to see if I can schedule an interview with them as well? The catch here is that at 2 places where I have a radonc interview, I was not given a prelim interview. Is this common??? Maybe an oversight? What should I do?

Thanks.

My philosophy is that you should feel free to contact anyone and everyone. You already don't have an interview, what do you have to lose? Some places might assume that you are not interested in them due to geography. They might like to hear that you have a regional categorical interview.
