Hi,
I have a question for those who had patients with DISH. What kind of treatment have you provided? I have a patient that has calcification of the ALL of the lower 4 cervical vertebra. He has 0 ROM except for left and right rotation limited at 30 degrees. Other than prevention of further fusion, can anything else be done for him? surgery? Thanks,
