I'm part of a startup team in the field of digital education and this is our landing page: www.moku.io. What do you think of it?
It's a web service for students created by students, accessible everywhere and via browser. No download required.
You have a digital desk where you can upload your documents, share them with your friends (or keep them private) and take rich notes on them (highlights, sketches and texts). Easy peasy.
The idea came from our own experience as students: we wanted to get rid of the large amounts of paper copies and stop wasting time and money on printing.
