Looking for ideas for new things to do during our morning didactics. We have about 1 hour protected time each morning and are looking to change up what we do. We already do Prolog Questions, Review Practice bulletins and Assign Chapters from Williams OB/GYN. What are other programs doing that are helpful for education besides faculty lectures? I am sure there are resources we haven't even considered and would love to hear ideas. Thanks!

We do a weekly preop indication conference to review cases for upcoming week and to go over path from the previous week. Usually the gyn Chief does the presenting and we had a lot of staff cases so we only focused on those and not the attending cases. It’s our most popular didactic. They also did something similar for OB but discussing indications for inductions and cesareans

As a resident in a non-US, non-academic institution, the education we get is minimal and disorganized. In an attempt to create an education schedule / logbook for myself and my co-residents, I would be interested to find out about US programs' educational activities, study schedules, study resources, suggested textbooks etc.Thank you

When I studied with us several times a month there were various events, but most of all I remembered the lectures of experienced doctors about various diseases and peculiarities of their course and treatment. Moreover, such lectures were held not only for narrow specialists but for all who wish to learn more.
