So this cat in question died in 2015, but in its latter days it drooled a lot and appeared sick (it sneezed a ton too). I was reading into rabies and got paranoid since I remembered it drooled on my arm three years ago and I washed it off wirth dawn dish detergent. It died after my grandmother accidentally ran it over. I asked my grandma about it and she said it had the cat flu. Does the cat flu cause cats to drool excessively?
