2013 Dermatology Clinical Research Fellowship Opportunity at University Hospitals Case Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio
We are seeking applicants for a Clinical Research Fellow within the Department of Dermatology under the direction of Neil Korman, MD, PhD. The fellow will be involved in industry-sponsored, investigator-initiated, and NIH-funded human clinical trials in the Psoriasis Center and Clinical Trials Unit at UHCMC. The fellow will function as the sub-investigator and will acquire proficiency in all aspects of clinical research including publication and presentation of their research at conferences. The research focus of this fellowship is primarily on psoriasis in addition to other skin diseases. Fellows will have the opportunity to participate in the departmental didactic sessions, clinics, and other academic opportunities.
Start Date: June to July 2013. Length of Fellowship: 1 year with opportunity for a second year. Stipend & Benefits: commensurate with PGY-2 level. Qualifications: Must have a medical degree from an ACGME-accredited medical school and have completed at least a PGY-1 year. USMLE step 3 preferred.
