Dependable Car Wanted

I am going to go to LECOM this fall. They require that students have dependable means of transportation(car). I want a fuel efficient(Honda,Toyota,.....). Good engine condition, I don't want a car that gives me headache. I am trying to squeeze this in to my budget so the price must be really really, really affordable. I can also take a free car as long as It works . Anyways, if you have one pls. Pm me.
