Dentist Letter of Recommendations for dental school

For my dental school application, I submitted 2 dentist letters of recommendation since one of the schools I applied to required an extra letter. However, all the other schools I applied to only require 3 total letters of recommendation and 1 dentist letter. The second dentist that submitted a letter for me I'm a lot closer to so I'm sure that letter is a lot stronger, so I really hope schools look at that one instead of the first one. Does anyone know what dentist letter most schools would look at between the two?
