You ECs are pretty weak. Your second “clinical” descriptor sounds more like nonclinical volunteering. Briefly you need 50 hours of physician shadowing including a good amount shadowing a primary care doc. ; you need at least 200 hours of clinical experiences with direct patient contact and you need at least 200 hours of nonclinical volunteering to the unserved/underserved in your community. You need to get outside of your comfort zone and learn to deal with and be comfortable interacting with those less fortunate than yourself.
How did you develop your school list? Did you use the MSAR to develop your list? Did you look at IS v. OOS statistics? Where do your stats fall on the 10-90th percentile of each school? Your MCAT is fine. Your GPAs are below average for matriculated students.
