Fellowship is tough, one of the toughest of my training for sure. You go to a new place, being the go to chief resident to basically being anonymous and disposable (at least in my case). You know your prior hospital cold, now you have more responsibility and dont even know where the bathroom is. I don't know if I have any specific advice, other than to recognize this is a short period of time, so hang in there.. You are there to acquire a specific skill set, so it isn't going to wipe out the kind of surgeon you are.
