Your ECs and MCAT make up for the slightly-below-average GPA. I wonder if @Goro would break out his rock star list. Seems like five top-20s, ten midtiers, and state schools might be a good start.

Undergrad GPA: 3.65c, 3.65s

Graduate GPA (Ph.D. in a biomedical research field from a top 20 medical school; GPA doesn't really count for much): 3.9

MCAT: 520 (130/131/130/129)

Research: 15,000 hours, 9 publications (4 first-author)

Clinical Volunteering: 200 hours

Shadowing: 200 hours

Non-clinical Volunteering: 200 hours

Misc./Diversity: White, LGBT, diagnosed and treated for cancer and related issues during Ph.D.

Wondering what my school list should look like considering my relatively low undergraduate GPA but an interest in continuing research.
I suggest
NYU
Vanderbilt
WashU
Yale
JHU
U Chicago
U Penn
Columbia
Duke
Harvard
Sinai
Cornell
Stanford
BU
Case
Mayo
Pitt
UCLA,
UCSF,
UCSD,
Hofstra
Ohio State
U Cincy
USC/Keck
USF Morsani
Albert Einstein
Dartmouth
Emory
Rochester
Jefferson
Miami
U VM

I do, as well as various service activities involving URM groups. Thanks for your suggestions! Sounds like my uGPA might not hold me back as much as I thought.

Well, Goro broke out the rockstar list!
