easiest path will be DO. However, if it's still early in your academic career, then ace everything from now on to show that the Fs were the exception, not the rule. In the mean time, develop better time mgt and coping skills. these will serve you well in medical school.

So I REALLY messed up last semester and got an F in two of my classes. I'm retaking those classes now but it sucks because I think it's over for me. I just had a lot on my plate at the time but am trying to improve. My GPA will probably not be more than a 3.3 when I apply for MD schools but my GPA for DO schools would be around a 3.6-3.7. I do have a difficult science major and time consuming research positions. I'm planning on taking my MCAT soon and I believe I'll have a score of 32 from what I've been getting on practice exams. What should I do about the GPA? Which schools should I look at?
