Deans Letter - To include or not include class rank

Our Deans office gives us the option or not of having our class rank added to our deans letter. At what point rankwise would you not include it? I plan on applying to anesthesia this year. I think I may be around top 20% so I was thinking of inlcuding it, just wanted to know what others thought. Thanks.

All Dean's Letters reveal your class rank (rather quartile in your class). If you read the Dean's letter carefully there are code words that let the readers know whether you were in the top 1/4, 2/4, 3/4, or at the bottom quarter.
