Day in the life of a government physical therapist

I was wondering if anybody on these forums is or has experience as being a physical therapist for the government. I'm mainly interested about working as a civilian in the military. I just want to know what a typical day is like? I have heard that you do just Evals and re-evals, but do you do any treatments ever? I'm also curious as to how often these therapists whose the special privileges of ordering imaging, or using diagnostic ultrasound? Thanks!
