CVS Internship Conflict? Need advice.

Has anyone else been a pharmacy intern with CVS and they just blatantly ignore request offs? I have tried talking to them about this and they act like they will change and apologize but they keep doing it anyway. Not sure what to do at this point. Any advice would help.

I don't want to quit because I'd like CVS as a prospect after graduation, but if it comes to that, then it does.
