There was a story in my local paper today about a new mail-order company that's started up here in town (first I'd heard about it, BTW and they've been dispensing since July) and I just looked at their website out of curiosity and found out that this is what they call their customer service reps.

That just smells all wrong to me. I understand why you want to keep employee morale high, but whenever any company advertises what a fun place they are to work at, my :bullcrap: meter goes into overdrive.

Members don't see this ad.
 
They aren't advertising what a fun place they are to work at. This person is clearly to keep the patients happy. Not sure how you came to that conclusions...

It's probably a terrible place to work if they value happiness as the absolute gold standard of care.
 
Actually, yes, they did. It's the first time I've ever seen frequent pizza orders mentioned in a job description.
