Cush Transitional/IM Prelim spots?

i'm looking for some experiences with "cush", but more importantly non-malignant and pleasant transitional year and IM prelim residencies on the east coast. NYC/Philly/Boston area information would be greatly appreciated.

You may want to try Berkshire Medical Center - they offer Prelim IM positions and I consider it to be rather reasonable. It's in the Berkshires, ~2hours west of Boston, 1 hour west of Albany, ~ 3 hrs away from NYC. Only hospital in ~50 mile radius.

maybe einstein prelim as a backup

these are all pretty good. i've heard bad things about the other philly ones, e.g. drexel prelim, frankford, etc.

i guess i shoulda qualified what i mean by 'cush'...
i'm looking for a trans/prelim spot that has a great working environment and reasonable hours.

i want to learn, but not be a slave.
