CS confirmation notice??

I got an email saying I needed to print my confirmation notice but I cant find it in my email (I only have the number for CK, not CS). Does anyone know how I can figure out what my Confirmation/Tracking Number is without having the email?

I would try logging into the NBME website where you printed your scheduling permit, and go to CS scheduling and see if you can print it from there.
