Other Credit card debt and loans in residency

Hello

Is there any residency program benefit that offers any debt relief from credit cards debt such as student loans forgiveness program?

I am in $65k credit cards debt and swamped with 24% interest rates and late payments fees. I even stopped making minimum payments because it's out of control.

did you not know that credit card debt is the worst, and only way out is to pay or bankruptcy? only govt loans have special programs like you describe

If I can't pay it right now, is it better to file bankruptcy now, or keep the debt for 4 or 5 years until I am able to pay it back? The incurred interested over those 4 or 5 years will be crazy though..idk what to do.
