Consultation on Atypical Poisoning by Fuse Wire Ingestion

Hello all. I’m a newbie.
Thank you for my subscription.

My brother (he was 20 years old) ingested accidentally 3 cm. of household fuse wire (for a house of size average)

In 2010 he hardly endeavored to study a short career of business administration, he could not finish it, and began to show incoherent speech, sometimes aggressive, and a remarkable apathy.
Later, was isolated from friends, and used to frequent a bar, or to wander out alone at any time.

These symptoms are related to his intoxication? If yes, how do detox him?

I would really appreciate any answer. I'm looking forward for your replies.
