I know physics equations must be memorized, but do we also need to memorize constants, for example the gravitational or coloumb's law constant, or will they be given? Thanks

Agreed that you don't have to learn constants like big G (gravitational constant), k in Coulomb's law, etc. However, there are some commonly encountered values that you should be familiar with, like c = 3.0 x 10^8 m/s, g (acceleration due to gravity at Earth's surface) = 9.8 (or 10 for MCAT purposes) m/s^2, Avogadro's number (6.02 x 10^23 atoms/molecules per mole), pH of a neutral solution = 7 at 25°C, Kw (autoionization constant of water) = 1 x 10^-14 at 25°C (which is the basis of pH + pOH = 14). By the time you've done a reasonable amount of practice problems, these will all probably be second nature :).
