That is a VERY excellent position to be in. I get the impression that many students don't care about the NBDE II very much though, because residency programs focus on those NBDE I scores, since applications go out prior to taking the NBDE II/getting the scores.

Mostly, NBDE II is just a hoop to jump through. NBDE I scores are vastly more important for those looking to specialize.
