In a answer explanation about congestive heart failure, UW says that because CO decreases, the PCWP and the CVP goes up. All of this makes sense.
Where it says the central venous pressure goes up, UW says the venous return increases. That does not make sense to me. Shouldn't the VR decrease if the CVP is high?
