NBOME says a 107 is considered a “good understanding” and 93-106 is an “average understanding” so I’m trying to gauge how this compares to a level-2 score prediction. I do the comquest and combank questions leading up to the exam, I do 50Qs timed in comquest and it always predicts my COMAT to be like 122, but I have been consistently hovering around 107 on the actual COMAT. So I guess I’m wondering if maybe a “good understanding” makes it reasonable to think I can crack 600 on my level 2. Any thoughts? I figure 93-106 being “average” means ~100 would be ~550... I’m trying really hard to bring up my level 2 after barely clearing 500 on level 1. Hoping a 107 means I’m decently on track to crack 600. At this point I’ve taken all of my COMATs except surgery. All scores are from 104-110. I’ve pretty much shifted focus to Uworld now and I am worried about my level 2 prep since it feels so different from Step 2. Thanks!!
