Partial colpocleisis aka Lefort procedure. Obliterative procedure done with the uterus left in place. It is partial became you are not removing all of the vaginal epithelium. You leave some lateral strips.

Total colpocleisis aka colpectomy: Post hysterectomy obliteration of the vaginal canal. It is total, because all of the epithelium is essentially removed.

A culdoplasty is a procedure to obliterate the posterior cul de sac to prevent enteroceles etc. The vaginal canal is maintained. (McCalls procedure or Moschowitz etc).
