Nice opportunity in Colorado to join small multi-specialty group with neurologist and psychiatrist. Would be only pain physician--nice procedural space. Great community.
If interested in CO--full post at http://www.painrecruiters.com/colorado.html

????? Not sure how that came across from this posting---but to explain better---Partners with the neurologist and psychiatrist--multispecialty group--referrals from all institutional and primary care practices in the service area.

i dont think you are helping your case, painj

Don't really have a case-but thank you for your feedback. Just because it hits someone on a certain day to give a recruiter a hard time--negative, unwarranted comments hurt a legitimate practice situation that needs a physician-and potentially hurt the actual job seekers that utilize this part of the forum to look at positions in pain management.

I think painj is trying. However, maybe you could try harder by reporting what percentage of patients are referred by neurology or psychiatry as those two specialties are the two worst referral sources for a pain physician as those referred patients are typically crazy (psych) or very complicated with a lot of unsolvable problems (neurology).

So in this job, if it's a big group and 5% of your referrals are from psych/neuro, that's a very different job than if 50% of your referrals are from those two specialties, which would be undesirable for any sane pain physician.
