Any advice for experiencing tremors or shaky hands while performing clinical skills? I have been struggling to keep my hands steady while performing gonio. When I get nervous, the shaking ends up being more worse.

Do whatever it takes to get those hands steady for practicals and boards! I had a few friends who would take anti-anxiety medications and beta blockers to help calm them down. I had one friend who had the same issue as you and it helped her out a lot.

I use elbow rest!

The key is reps and use elbow rest and if you can rest your hands on the patient's face if you have to. Whenever I remove a foreign body or punctal plugs etc that is tedious I will sometimes even use the patient's nose for a brace. They don't seem to mind if you warn them before hand.
