hey can anyone explain this concept in fa 2014: chronic: recipient T Cell perceive donor mhc as recipient MHC and react against dono antigen presented ? how is that since donor mhc is recognized as recipient how it will react against them?

The recipient T cells are not reacting against the donor MHC itself, they are reacting against the donor peptides that are presented on the donor MHCs. The process is very similar to what would happen during T cell reaction to virally infected cells.

Remember as well the hallmark histo finding of chronic rejection is peri vascular T cell infiltration
