choices after doing ms

hi,
can anybody tell that what r the options after doing ms like ms in dental public health or oral biology or any clinical branch if you don't have the license to practice in usa.
R there the ways to get money back,u pay for these programs as these programs r pretty expensive.
information about this would be really helpful.

i believed its possible to get an assistanship through MBH and MOB,anyway i know a friend to mine ho has a PHD,he got the license and he is now practicing after teaching through an american university for three years,he just took the board(part 1 and 2) and the regional board(clinical).

I would appreciate gettting some specific information about how your friend got the license to practise. does PhD help in that ?
