Program Information

The Brigham Pulmonary Medicine Board Review major objective is to prepare the participant for the ABIM Subspecialty Board Examination in Pulmonary Medicine (Certification/Re-Certification). Experienced faculty present their expertise in 39 topics ranging 25 to 45 minutes in length. This self-study activity conveys state-of-the-art information on a wide spectrum of clinical problems that reflect the curriculum in pulmonary medicine for the ABIM examination. It is comprised of an in-depth examination of essential knowledge in pulmonary medicine, critical care, and the integral related areas of pathology, physiology, transplantation, and vascular diseases. Many outstanding clinicians and teachers were selected as program faculty. This activity consists of lectures and board review sessions. Throughout this activity emphasis is placed on the practical application of physiological principles to the understanding and management of clinical problems.

Target Audience for Chest Medicine Board Exam Preparation

This program should be most valuable for those preparing for certification or re-certification in pulmonary medicine.
