This historic single home has two piazza's, a large backyard, and is minutes to King Street, Colonial Lake, MUSC, College of Charleston, and all of the sites in our beautiful city. Originally built in 1835, the house boasts four original fireplaces, wide-plank heart pine floors, four bedrooms with loads of light.
The living room is perfect for relaxing and enjoying TV. Off the living room you will find the kitchen which features stainless steel appliances, white cabinets, and a Keurig coffee machine. There is an adorable breakfast nook connected to the kitchen which features seating for 5! There also is a full bathroom on this level. At the front of the house on the first floor is a large room that can double as a home office or the fourth bedroom with a trundle that has two twin beds.
The remaining three bedrooms are on the second floor. These include one room with a King size bed, and two rooms with queen beds. There is a small full bathroom off of the room with the King size bed, and a large full bathroom in the hallway just outside the other two bedrooms.
The washer/dryer are also located on this level for convenience! Truly enjoy this Charleston style home on one of the two piazzas or the large backyard! The second floor piazza has a spacious seating area and a swinging bench and the backyard has a dining table, grill, and Adirondack chairs.
