I put in all my applications that I was planning to take a pre-req in the fall semester. However, I've had some scheduling issues and I need to move it to the spring if at all possible.

Is this a problem? Should I update the schools I've applied to about this change? It's the only class I need to complete prerequisites.

Thanks again for the help,

Not necessary. Generally its advised to have taken the prereqs before taking the MCAT as it's testable material. If you already applied (or applied to an affiliate that doesn't require the MCAT), then it doesn't matter in the regard. Most offers of acceptance are contingent of completed prereqs, obtaining your BA/BS, etc. So as long as its complete with a passing grade by the end of spring semester, you should be fine.
