Dude, you'll do great. I'm also an IMG who graduated in 2013 and ended up matching in a surgical speciality this year. My board scores were also in 260's and I had some research experience to go along with it. Most IM programs would be happy to have you.

Hey hello there! I was thinking did you match? And if yes was it a non NYC non Malignant program?
Interested in same path as you as thinking to go for Step 1 after NEET next year and then go into PG and finish step 2 CS and get some Pubs during the time. Finish CS after PG exams as well.
