MD & DO cGPA: 3.25 sGPA: 3.05 MCAT: 502 What are my chances?

Hey SDN! I'm looking for genuine realistic input on my application for this cycle (sept 2017). I have a masters in Social Work and my graduate GPA is 3.77. What are my chances of getting into a DO school? And if good, which schools should I consider? Are there any MD schools I should put on my list, if so which? I am a NY resident and went to Stony Brook University for both undergrad and my masters program. Thank you in advance to any/all responses, I really appreciate the help!

gGPA - 3.77

I started undergrad with a 3.0 and had an upward trend throughout school.

MCAT:
C/P - 125
CARs - 123
Bio/BC - 126
P/S - 128
Total - 502

EC's:
- Social Work Intern : 1yr
- Quality Improvement Intern : 1yr
- Medical Office Manager : 1 yr
-Research at SBU : 1 yr
- Philanthropy chair of fraternity : 3 yrs
- 120+ hrs Shadow DO physician
- 250+ hrs volunteer service

LOR's:
-1 Committee letter
-1 Graduate school professor
-1 DO physician (Shadow)
-1 Youth leader supervisor

You have a chance at some DO schools so consider applying to these:
ARCOM
ACOM
BCOM
WCU-COM
LMU-DCOM
UP-KYCOM
WVSOM
VCOM (all 3 schools)
NYIT-Arkansas
RVU-COM Utah
You could also try PCOM and LECOM though these are less likely.
