Can't seem to log into WesternU's applics status page

I recieved the letter few days ago from WesternU, telling me to log in w/ their assigned user ID. My ID began w/ "@" and followed by a bunch of numbers, I thought that was kinda weird. But I can't seem to log in. Is it just me or does anyone else have similar problems too?

When did you send your Western supplemental in? I still haven't got a letter from them saying they got it.

By "letter" do you mean snail mail?
(Last yr, Western did not have a status page.)
I have not received a letter. (just email that file was complete)
Did most others who applied receive a letter?

I haven't gotten anything besides an e-mail either. But I also didn't send in my applications until very close to the deadlines.
