I am from the GTA(Toronto) going into my 4th year at UWO
cGPA: 3.74
MCAT: 31N - BS=11, PS=10, VR=10

ECs:
Work experience:
-Wonderland (1 summer)
-Ministry of Environment (3 summers)
-Internship at a large Medical Centre (1 semester)
-Shadowing a doctor (4 years and continuing - but i only do it for about 2 hours every week and only in the summer time since i began university)
-Volleyball Team (4 years)

Volunteer experience:
-Hospital Escort (3 years)
-Recreation Leader for a Church Camp (1 weekend)
-Distress Centre Volunteer (2 years)
-Research in a lab (2 years)

Other than a few scholarships and awards, i don't have any stellar accomplishments. I have done a few other volunteer jobs which were one time events but i cannot add them because i don't have a verifier(i think)...the activites posted above are the ones that I'd consider long-term/meaningful. Just wondering, since i should have a verifier but don't for my other volunteer experiences because it was kind of casual and not very formal, can i add them to my application and put a 0 next to it or no?

Are my ECs enough? Will my GPA/MCAT be sufficient for an interview? All opinions are welcome!

your gpa and mcat are more than fine for md schools. your ECs are average. not bad, not eye opening. i think if you apply early and have good secondaries you should be good for mid-tier schools
