Can you add programs later?

Hi,
if you apply tomorrow (sept.1st) for ERAS for a certain number of programs, but then a few days later, you would like to add some other programs, are you able to do that?
Also, will they consider that in the price? (meaning 60 dol. for first 10 programs and then 8 dollars for each program bet. 11-20)

Ok, let me just make sure this is right..
So if someone applies for 10 programs in one specialty for 60 dollars today, and then tomorrow wants to add 1 program, will his total cost be 68 dollars?

How do you add programs on ERAS and how do you add/attach a fourth letter to the 3 that were already sent out??
