can someone tell me good pediatric programs for 2006 match

i am a foreign medical graduate.I haVE done MD PEDIATRICS in my country. i am looking for good pediatric programs. i have greencard and got 99 and 93 in step 1 and two respectively. anyone who has any advise for me ..can post it. LIST OF GOOD PROGRAMS ESPECIALLY THOSE WHO TAKE FOREIGN MEDICAL GRADUATE WILL BE HELPFULL.

Since you already have the visa issue solved you might look into University of Louisville in Kentucky. They have a great peds program but only offer J-1 visas. Good luck to you.
