Can I Replace A Lor From Eras?

my attending sent in a letter to eras without her title on it. how can i fix this situation? can i send in another letter to eras with her title on it? if so, how do i go about doing this?

Are you from an American school? If so talk to your dean office so they dont use the letter without the tittle and if you get the new one send it in and tell them that's the one you want to use.

If you are an IMG, i dont know how the ECFMG works on those cases.
