Can I do a masters in Biotechnology to boost my Undergraduate Gpa for dental school applications?

I was thinking about doing a masters in biotechnology and wondering if that would be helpful at all to boost my gpa for dental school applications. I had a very low undergrad gpa and I am trying to do everything I can to reverse my mistake. Any suggestions/opinions would be greatly helpful.
