Can I add programs once I submit through PTCAS?

I have tried searching this question on the PTCAS website.
Perhaps I am misunderstanding how PTCAS works.

A few schools I am interested in have October deadlines. If I apply to them but then want to add another school with a later deadline later, will I be able to do so?

Yes, you can add more program designations at a later date.
